Below you will find the most important house rules that apply within the hotel.
We ask you to respect and accept these rules.
General rules
- All instructions from employees of this hotel, related to house rules, must be followed. You can report complaints to management.
- In case of fire, stay calm. Report a fire at the reception and / or strike the nearest fire detector.
- Leave the building immediately in the event of a general fire alarm.
- Never use the lift in case of fire.
- A valid ID must be presented upon check-in. - Check-in is possible from the age of 14.
- Cameras are hanging in various places within the hotel, everyone who is in our hotel agrees to make recordings. In case of calamities and / or incidents, these recordings can be shown to the authorities as supporting material.
- Please return lost items at the reception.
- The hotel is not responsible for the loss or theft of your belongings.
- The hotel does not make its location available for purposes other than those set in our policies, therefore it is forbidden to trade, heal or offer services. The amount of an already paid room will not be refunded.
- The management, the owner of this location and / or persons working for the hotel cannot be held liable for any injury and / or material or immaterial damage that visitors to the location may experience unless gross negligence is demonstrated.
It is forbidden to:
- Emergency exits to be used as (normal) entrances and exits
- Take property of the hotel outside the building. In case of deliberate damage to the property of the hotel, one can be held liable for the repair and / or renewal costs.
- Consume, use, trade or carry narcotics. The police and judicial authorities will be called in upon detection.
- Use nitrous oxide in the hotel without the express permission of the management.
- To cause nuisance to another person, for example through loud music, obnoxious behavior or noise of any kind.
- Stay in the room with more people than the number of beds in the room.
- Paid reception of guests in the room for sexual activities.
- Smoking in the room. If we find that there is still smoking in the room, we are forced to charge € 250,- cleaning costs.
- If the fire alarm goes off by smoking in the room, the call-out costs of the fire brigade a amount of € 275,- will be charged to you.
In all cases not provided for in these regulations, the hotel management decides. If these rules are not followed, it can be decided to call in the police and judicial authorities and you are requested to leave the building immediately.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation immediately without refund of the paid reservation amount.
